It seems it was a much calmer summer for many Canadian travellers this year after the chaotic summer travel season of 2022.

A new Angus Reid Institute survey reveals satisfaction with federal government services has rebounded with 70-percent saying their experiences left them feeling satisfied.

Last year, just 54-percent of Canadians polled said they were satisfied with accessing federal government services.

The data reflects some year-over-year improvements from the federal government.

As an example, times for passport applications have reportedly returned to pre-pandemic levels.
