Olivia Chow is maintaining her lead in the Toronto Mayoral race.

A new Mainstreet Research poll shows former the Toronto city councillor and federal MP leading the way by more than 10%.

According to the survey of just over 1,000 Toronto voters, 22 %  support Olivia Chow followed by Ana Bailao and Josh Matlow at 11 % each.

And 30% of those surveyed remain undecided ahead of the June 26th by-election.

In an interview, Robert Martin with Mainstreet says the undecided will be key in the next seven weeks.

“As the race progresses, as the undecided move on to other candidates, they’ll usually kind of split somewhat evenly, so they’ll have to do even more work than Olivia Chow who just kind of has to pick up her share and she can kind of come to victory.”
