Donald Trump will be arraigned Tuesday in New York after his indictment by a grand jury investigating hush money paid to porn star Stormy Daniels during the 2016 presidential election campaign.

When the former president turns himself in, he’ll most likely be booked like anyone facing charges, including mugshot and fingerprints.

But court officials say he is not expected to be put in handcuffs as he’ll have Secret Service protection and will quite likely be released the same day.

Trump’s denied any wrongdoing while dismissing the probe as a ”scam” and a ”persecution.”

Top Republicans have started closing ranks around him.

The top three GOP House committee chairs have asked the district attorney’s office for grand jury testimony, documents and copies of any communications with the Justice Department.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy has promised to use congressional oversight to look into Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.
