The Official Opposition thinks the Ford government needs to immediately come up with a plan to expand access to fourth doses of COVID-19 vaccines to all.
”No one in Ontario wants to live through another rash of COVID-19 cases,” says interim NDP leader Peter Tabuns.
”No one wants our loved ones at risk of getting sick.
Experts are sounding the alarm that it’s time to start moving on second boosters.
NACI (National Advisory Committee on Immunization) is now recommending a round of booster shots.  Our neighbours in Quebec have been rolling up their sleeves again for weeks now.   It’s time for Doug Ford to tell Ontarians what the plan is for expanding access to fourth doses.”
Tabuns adds New Democrats want to see immediate, easy and equitable access to four doses, including ”bringing vaccines directly to people who need home care” as well as making them available in easy-to-access places like community clinics and doctors’ offices.
