One of the greatest golfers ever says, for now, he’s playing the Masters in Augusta, Georgia this week.
It’s been little more than a year since Tiger Woods nearly lost a leg in a car crash.
The five-time Masters’ champ will play nine more practice holes today before making a final decision, but is doing so with the intention of teeing off with the rest of the field tomorrow.
When asked if he believes he can win the tournament, he said he does.
Former champ Mike Weir, leads the Canadian contingent of Hamilton’s Mackenzie Huges and Listowel’s Corey Connors into the tournament.
Weir tees off at 8:11 Thursday morning.
