If you were unable to access any free COVID-19 rapid tests when they first given out in limited quantities at various LCBO locations, there will soon be a new opportunity.

It is widely reported that the Ford PCs will begin distributing free rapid tests in grocery stores and pharmacies starting later this week.

Health Minister Christine Elliott is expected to make the plan official during a Wednesday announcement.

There will be a limit of one box per household. Each box contains 5 tests.

Of the 54-million rapid tests the Trudeau Liberals committed to Ontario last month, just over 36-million are said to have been delivered so far.
