TRUDEAU SHUFFLES DECK OF CABINET CARDS, OUT WITH SOME OLD, IN WITH SOME NEW

The new federal cabinet features nine new faces among the 38 ministers joining the prime minister around the table.
Three ministers have been dropped with 10 staying put, while others have been moved around.
Harjit Sajjan goes from Defence to International Development.
He’s replaced by Anita Anand, who comes over from public services and procurement to become only the second woman to become Defence Minister; Kim Campbell was the first in the 1990s.
Carolyn Bennett is leaving Crown-Indigenous Relations to lead a new ministry of Mental Health and Addictions, as Marc Miller takes up her former job and former Health Minister Patty Hajdu takes over from Miller at Indigenous Services.
The political musical chairs also sees former Treasury Board President Jean-Yves Duclos get the Health Minister’s job.
Former broadcaster and Toronto MP Marci Ien gets into cabinet as Women, Gender Equality and Youth Minister while Brampton West MP Kamal Kera is the new Seniors Minister.
