Doug Ford says expect an announcement on Thursday about phase one of Ontario’s plan to reopen the economy.

“We’ll be reopening more low risk places, seasonal businesses and essential services,” said Ford. The Premier added there are now 80 safety guidelines for business owners to follow and inspectors will be checking compliance.
