Mayor John Tory revealed details of Toronto Spotlight from the top of the CN Tower which is just one of 30 attractions included in the campaign that offers steep discounts. “The spotlight program is about saying we are going to find ways to get people here and make them happy and quite frankly they will think winter is as good as summer,” said Mayor John Tory.
