Drinking 25 cups a day is safe for your heart according to a new study.
The British Heart Foundation claims multiple cups don’t harden arteries. In fact, people who drink 3 or 4 cups every day can significantly reduce their chances of early death. Previous studies have linked drinking coffee with a hardening of the arteries that pump blood from your heart to other parts of the body. And still other studies have claimed substances in coffee might reduce inflammation and improve how the body uses insulin, which could decrease the likelihood of developing diabetes.
