A cellist has won the TTC’s music contest. Leo Zhang has been playing the cello underground as a TTC subway musician for two decades.

He’s a classically trained cellist who attended University of Toronto, mastering in performance. Zhang’s  prize is a recording deal and of the 180 musicians who entered the competition, 90 received three-year licenses to perform at 31 designated TTC stations. To listen to Leo Zhang,  click here
