The Canadian government begins shipping an experimental Ebola vaccine tomorrow to the World Health Organization.
As a safety precaution, 800 vials of the vaccine will be sent to the UN’s Public Health Agency in Geneva in three separate shipments.
The WHO is the international co-ordinating body for the Ebola outbreak in West Africa.
Clinical trials started in the U.S. last month on a Canadian-made vaccine, with test results expected sometime in December.
