Quebec sovereigntists are intrigued by the Scottish referendum taking place this week.
In fact, some members of the Bloc Quebecois and the Parti Quebecois will be heading to Scotland for Thursday’s vote to cheer for “Yes” supporters and to see how the voting is managed.
A win for those wanting Scotland to separate would mean that it would take place on March 24th, 2016.
It’s a date critics say would be difficult to meet because of the need to redraft everything from laws to international agreements.
