In a city that seems to love all things decadent, it’s likely not a surprise that the Rob Ford saga has made an appearance.

A float in the New Orleans Mardi Gras parade Friday featured a larger-than-life replica of the Toronto Mayor smoking a crack pipe. 

A video posted online shows smoke billowing out of the pipe.

A large mockup of the Toronto Star on the float features lines reading “So I smoked a little crack”  –  “I was in a drunken stupor”.

The “Canadian Club” float also poked fun at Justin Beiber and Pamela Anderson.
