This past weekend, we found out Myles Goodwyn, lead singer and founding member of legendary Canadian rock band April Wine, died at the age of 75. April Wine was very instrumental to the Canadian music scene.

We spoke with Eric Alper, friend of The Morning Zoom with Sam & Jane and Myles Goodwyn’s publicist about the mark he left on Canadian rock, and how April Wine shaped the Canadian rock scene for decades to come.
