Coming up this week on Finding Your Bliss, we have a show devoted to yoga, meditation and living your best life in 2022. Life Coach and Bliss Expert Judy Librach is joined by certified restorative yoga teacher and devotional chant artist, Rachel McGarry. Rachel believes that rest is Medicine and is excited to share this message and inspire more peace in people’s lives.

Several years ago Rachel felt an inner knowing, calling her to completely transform her life by leaving behind her job, city, and key relationships so that she could fully follow her passion.

A dedicated yoga practitioner since 1995 and teacher since 2017, Rachel’s yoga practice led her on the devotional path chanting Sanskrit mantras of the Bhakti yoga tradition. Soon after, she released her first album Songs for Savasana at the age of 49!

As a Canadian devotional chant artist, certified yoga teacher, and owner of the Wellness Company Sanctuary, Rachel promotes well-being through the practice of deep rest.

Pre-recorded yoga classes, devotional chanting and guided meditations are available through her online Sanctuary Yoga Membership. These practices provide a variety of opportunities to experience “rest as medicine” by calming the mind, relaxing the body and soothing the spirit. Whenever life starts to feel stressful or out of balance, members can turn to these tools to return to this place of peace.

Also on the program, psychotherapist and author Victoria Lorient-Faibish is back to share her tips on how to live your best life in the new year. Victoria Lorient-Faibish (MEd, RP, CCC, BCPP, RPE) is a Registered Psychotherapist, a legacy professional with over 25 years of experience.
