Coming up this week on Finding Your Bliss, we are so happy to play one of our most popular repeat episodes just in time for back to school!!! We will be getting into shape with Certified Personalized Fitness Coach Neil Zworth, and his custom tailored programs at Ndorphin Attainable Fitness, which are specifically designed for men and women over 50. Neil Zworth is a Certified Personal Training specialist, and indoor cycling and boot camp instructor with a passion for helping individuals, in mid-life and beyond, to meet their health and fitness goals. After decades of running – from 5k’s to marathons – he realized in “later life” the importance of a balanced exercise program for injury prevention and management. Neil develops programs that meet individuals’ specific objectives, in a manner that fits their schedule, with a focus on injury prevention and life-long adventure.
And Phyllis Newman who was the producer on the first season of this show, has gotten into great shape, thanks to Neil!
