Dancers with the Kyiv City Ballet say they’re physically and emotionally exhausted.

The Ballet finished the last show of tour in France this week at  Theatre du Chatelet performing classics Swan Lake and The Nutcracker.

But they’re now stranded in Paris, and worried about loved ones back home.

One of the dancers will be headed to the Ukrainian border in the coming days to pick up her young daughter who was accompanied out of the country.

Only a part of the company was travelling around France performing for young audiences.
