Typically, Mardi Gras in New Orleans looks like this.
But not this year.
There are no big crowds this year because all parades are cancelled and bars throughout the city have been closed since this past Friday in order to slow the spread of COVID-19.
Officials say the tourist-dependent economy in the city has been devastate by the pandemic.
