It is now legal to carry a gun in plain site in Texas. The “Open-Carry” law enables registered gun owners to tote them anywhere they want in the Lone Star State. Soon you’ll see guns in holsters in churches, banks, and many other businesses.
Texas is the 45th state to enact such a law.
