TTC subway service has resumed from Union to Bloor stations.

Power had to be cut off around 5:30 this morning – because a Toronto Hydro substation near King station flooded.

Service stopped around 5:30 and the TTC got things back up and running just before 8:30

More than 60 shuttle buses were called into service to get shivering commuters to their destinations.
