The details surrounding a spate of spending announcement by Ontario’s minority Liberal Government are expected May 1st. That’s the date announced today by provincial Finance Minister Charles Sousa to deliver his spring budget. Sousa acknowledged that the Wynne Liberals will need the support of at least one of the opposition parties at Queens Park to pass the budget and remain in power. A non-confidence vote would send the province to a general election.
