More than 1 million people are expected to take part in this weekend’s Caribbean Festival in Toronto. The big King and Queen competition was held last night at Lamport Stadium, where men and women were judged on their elaborate costumes in an annual event that’s been going on for over 40 years. Parts of Lakeshore Boulevard will be closed Friday at midnight to accommodate Saturday’s annual parade. Lakeshore Boulevard will reopen Sunday
