A new investigation has revealed shocking health news. Many Canadians suffered debilitating injury and even death from faulty medical devices like breast implants, and hip replacements. But the report also found the faulty devices used in this country, were pulled off the market in other countries sometimes years before. Dr. Jan Willem Cohen Tervaert explains.

And – Harry Leslie Smith died last Wednesday in a Belleville hospital. The 95-year-old World War Two vet grew up in poverty and became a tireless advocate for the poor with a global following including 250,000 people on Twitter. He was born in Britain, but spent 70 years in Canada. Harry was also an author. Libby speaks to ICON CEO Philip Cotterell, publisher of his 2014 book ‘Harry’s Last Stand’.
