As Canada’s baby boomers age, some analysts project a decline in our economy, but one Canadian researcher is putting those concerns to rest. Fraser Institute’s Philip Cross found in a recent study that with the right policies, the Canadian government can in fact instigate growth. He joins Jane to talk about his ideas.
