I’ll salute another famous music city on its anniversary – the city by the bay, where summertime was once a love-in there – San Francisco, with its cable cars taking you halfway to the stars, and its many songs by crooners and hippies …

… I’ll also celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Beatles ‘All You Need is Love’, and the unforgettable music of that ‘summer of love’ … from Haight-Ashbury in San Francisco to our own Yorkville during that centennial summer of Expo ’67.
