He says, the entire financial system is used to control people and they are made to believe that they own property.

Area 51 – some believe this base in Nevada has been used to house UFOs and perhaps alien bodies. There is a theory that there is a control group trying to keep a lid on everything. Victor Viggiani joins Richard to talk about the secrecy that might be occurring.
