PART ONE- Richard welcomes Joel Skousen, publisher of World Affairs Brief, a weekly news analysis, to discuss the incidents that occurred in Boston.

PART TWO- Victor Viggiani joins Richard to talk about the “Citizen’s Hearing” in which 40 expert witnesses will be in a mock congressional hearing. They will provide over 30 hours of testimony about the UFO reality and the fact they we are being engaged by other civilizations.
