Richard speaks with an author and researcher about her concerns over The United Nations Agenda 21.  UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development is the action plan to inventory and control all land, all water, all minerals, all plants, all animals,all construction, all means of production, all information, all energy, and all human beings in the world. She’ll reveal that terms like  ‘sustainability’ and ‘smart growth’ and ‘high density urban mixed-use development’ came from UN Agenda 21. She’ll reveal how every town and county and state and nation in the world will be changing their land use/planning codes and government policies to align themselves with Agenda 21.  Far from being a ‘conspiracy theory’ or a ‘tin-foil hat’ fantasy, this is an actual United Nations plan, she says, signed onto in 1992 by President George HW Bush along with 178 other world leaders. The UN called it Agenda 21 because it is the Agenda for the 21st century. According to the UN, North American lifestyle is unsustainable.’ That includes single family homes, private vehicles, appliances, air-conditioning, & meat-eating. They are a threat to the planet.  She says that the current economic collapse is  all part of UN Agenda 21.  Over the last 20 years this plan has been implemented all over the United States. It’s called Sustainable Development. The 3 E’s: ecology, economy, equity. After George Bush signed it in 1992, it was brought back to the US by President Clinton (1993) when he created the President’s Council on Sustainable Development for the sole purpose of getting it into every city, county, and state in the US through federal rules, regulations, and grants. This is a global plan but is implemented locally. You’ll see it as a regional plan. It might be called Vision 2035, or Your Town 2025, or One Bay Area, or Plan NY…all of these regional plans are the same. They call for stack and pack housing, restricted mobility, and regional government. Domestic surveillance, smart meters, GMO’s, loss of freedom—all UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development. She warns we are losing our rights; we are are being manipulated; we are being lied to.  We are the resistance, she insists.

Guest: Rosa Koire is a forensic commercial real estate appraiser specializing in eminent domain valuation. Her twenty-eight year career as an expert witness on land use has culminated in exposing the impacts of Sustainable Development on private property rights and individual liberty.  In 2005 she was elected to a citizens’ oversight committee in Santa Rosa, Northern California, to review a proposed 1,300 acre redevelopment project in which 10,000 people live and work. Her research into the documents justifying the plans led her, with her partner Kay Tokerud, to challenge the fraudulent basis for the huge Gateways Redevelopment Project. The City, in an attempt to block Koire from exposing the project, removed the neighborhood in which Koire and Tokerud’s properties were located from the redevelopment area.  She is the author of “Behind the Green Mask: UN Agenda 21”.

12AM ANGELS

Richard welcomes his regular contributor, a paranormal investigator to talk about angels.  Her interest in angels was sparked in the mid-1980s when she began having archetypal dreams that included a mysterious figure she identified as an angel. Despite having no particular religious indoctrination about angels, and feeling rather neutral about the question of their existence, she found she was nonetheless tapping into an archetypal form that exists regardless of her own personal views.  She has come to believe that in one respect, angels are mediators between God and mortals.  In other respects, they are a part of us, what we call our Higher Self.

Guest: Rosemary Ellen Guiley is one of the leading experts on the paranormal with more than 50 books published by major houses on a wide range of paranormal, spiritual, and mystical topics, including nine single-volume encyclopedias. Her work is translated into 15 languages. She has worked full-time in the paranormal since 1983, researching, investigating, writing, and presenting, and teaching. Her present work focuses inte-rdimensional entity contact experiences of all kinds, technological and mediumistic spirit communications, spiritual growth and development, problem hauntings, and “portals,” or geographic areas of intense paranormal activity. She spends a great deal of her time out in the field conducting investigations and research. She has done ground-breaking research on Shadow People and the Djinn.

 

12:20AM AMERICAN VAMPIRES

Richard speaks with an Irish folklorist and author who visits the Louisiana bayous, the back streets of New York City, the hills of Tennessee, the Sierras of California, the deserts of Arizona, and many more locations in a bid to track down the vampire creatures that lurk there.  American vampire lore has its roots in the beliefs and fears of the diverse peoples and nationalities that make up our country, and reflects the rich tapestry of their varied perspectives. The vampires that lurk in the American darkness come in a variety of shapes and sizes and can produce some surprising results. Vampires in North Carolina are vastly different from those in South Carolina, and even more different from those in New York State. Moreover, not all of them are human in form, and they can’t necessarily be warded off by the sight of a crucifix or a bulb of garlic.

 

Guest: Dr. Bob Curran was born and raised in a remote area of County Down, Northern Ireland. He has held a variety of jobs including gravedigger, lorry driver, professional musician, journalist, teacher, and lecturer. His rural background has given him an interest in folklore and mythology, and he has written extensively on these subjects in both books and journals. His books include Vampires, Encyclopedia of the Undead, An Encyclopedia of Celtic Mythology, Bloody Irish, Walking With the Green Man, and many others. Dr. Curran is also a historian and lecturers extensively on culture and history. In this capacity, he sits on a number of cultural advisory bodies in Ireland, both North and South, and has produced several academic papers on various topics of cultural interest. He currently lives in the North of Ireland with his wife and young family.
