TOPIC – Have you ever had to lend money to family and friends only to find they did not pay it back or paid it back sporadically.

INFO – This is a very touchy topic for many people. When friends or family ask for money it is an awkward situation to be put in. Questions like why do they need it, when will they pay it back and why can’t they go to a bank often come to mind. It also puts a huge strain on the relationship. If you say no, there is a chance of offending them and having the relationship fall apart. If you say yes, it is easy to feel taken advantage of and feel that you were put on the spot.
