Mayor John Tory is promising to reduce the number of pedestrian and cyclist deaths in this city to zero by calling his new plan “Vision Zero 2.0” The 2.0 plan includes a promise to lower speed limits and crackdown on speeding motorists after a year when there were 41 pedestrian deaths in Toronto with 16 of them in Scarborough.
