A strict new law designed to curb impaired driving could threaten civil rights. Mandatory alcohol screening takes effect December 18th, and will allow police to demand a breath sample from any driver they lawfully stop, not just if they suspect a driver has been drinking alcohol. Fill in host Jane Brown speaks with Criminal Lawyer Ari Goldkind, Gregg Thomson of MADD Ottawa and Sgt.
