After what appears more and more to be a rise in incidents involving TTC streetcars and pedestrians when compared to the month of October, last June there was a published report which revealed streetcars account for half of deadly TTC collisions with pedestrians and cyclists. Libby investigated this very concerning situation by speaking with Brad Ross, Executive Director Corporate Communications for the TTC, co-founder of Walk Toronto, Sean Marhsall.
