The CRTC will be looking into telecom scams and practices and want to hear from you. The Commission will open hearings in October and the broadcast and telecommunications regulator is asking consumers as well as current and former employees to come forward with their personal experiences. The commission is also inviting written input. Libby spoke with John Lawford, the executive director for the public interest advocacy centre & journalist and consumer advocate Ellen Roseman weigh in.
