Yonge Street is no reopened between Sheppard and Finch but the City is still reeling from Monday’s horrific van attack with one of the key questions being – what if anything can be done to prevent attacks like happening in the future, and should we change our physical streets-capes to provide more barriers to a vehicle that could be used as a weapon. Libby speaks with urban planner and architect Ken Greenberg and Environmental lawyer and bicycle advocate Albert Koehl to get their views.
