Congestion on GTA highways is hitting the pocket books to the tune of 125 dollars a year per Toronto household. A new report released by Toronto’s Board of Trade says gridlock on regional highways creates delays costing up to 650 million dollars per year. We speak with Natasha Apollonova, Assistant Vice President, Policy, Government Relations, Economic Development with the Toronto Region Board of Trade.
