Toronto’s roller coaster temperature ride this winter, with a variety that consists of a deep freeze, followed by a couple of days of milder weather could mean more potholes the city warns. The city expects to spend about $5 million annually on pothole repair. We speak with CAA South Central Ontario’s Government Relations Specialist Raymond Chan.
