The gap between rich and poor has grown dramatically across the GTA, with middle-income neighbourhoods vanishing, and more neighbourhoods are low-income, while high-income neighbourhoods are getting richer. This, according to a new report from United Way Toronto & York Region and the University of Toronto Neighbourhood Change Research Partnership. We speak with one of the lead researchers of the report, Michelynn Lafleche.
