While this late summer warm weather is enjoyable outside, residents of some Toronto apartment buildings may be having trouble keeping cool. Tenants of an apartment building near Yonge and St. Clair say the heat has already been turned on in their building, making it very uncomfortable. A Toronto bylaw says that between September 15th and June 1st. landlords are required to keep the heat at or above 21 degrees Celsius. City Councillor Josh Matlow says building owners he’s heard from are confused about what to do. Councillor Matlow joins us to discuss this issue.
