Paramedic System Fail

The city claims that the new software system is not putting the public at risk and response times continue to be met to life threatening calls. however, the question is what defines an acceptable response time? Seconds really do count and just six minutes can make a huge difference when it comes to saving a life.  According to Mike Merriman, a paramedic of 26 years and a Union rep, the system needs to be examined.
