It is now illegal for power companies to cut customers off in the winter. That bill was rushed through Queen’s Park this morning. And there is apparently more relief on hydro rates on the way. One of the main reasons for that is CARP’s heat or Eat campaign. CARP’s Wanda Morris joins us to discuss.
