Jane Brown is filling in for Libby Znaimer. She is joined by Marva Wisdom, one of the leads of the Black Experience Project, a seven year research study of the lived experiences of the Black community living and working in the region (GTA) and a Senior Fellow at Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy as well as Amber Gero, Associate Producer at MZTV.

We’ve been seeing protests sparking across American cities and even in Canada, in cities like Montreal, against racism and police brutality towards the Black community. We talk about these developments and have a much needed conversation on confronting the systemic racism we too often see both here in Canada and abroad.
