This morning the Premier said that if things continue to go as well as they are now – and that is a big “if” – the province may start easing restrictions by the Victoria Day weekend, which this year falls in mid-May. Yesterday, he hinted that outdoor activities may be the first area that opens up. But it will still be up to public health authorities to make the call. So, what has to happen before we start getting back to normal.
