The logjam in our court system is about to get worse and legal experts say the federal government is to blame. It’s a complicated situation resulting from a change in the laws around jury selection. The bottom line is that due to a ruling by the Ontario Court of Appeal on the federal changes, our courts may have to retry dozens of cases including some for murder and sexual assault. So, what happens now?
