In 2013, two friends from British Columbia set out to answer that question. 4 years and 37,000 km later Dana Van Veller and Lindsay Anderson have co-authored a cookbook with recipes from across the country and share some of their experiences. Dana Vanveller joins us to talk about the book, and answer whether there is a Canadian cuisine?
