The city’s bylaw enforcement director Rod Jones says they will be looking at reallocating his officers into parks and beaches during peak times to educate and enforce the city’s off-leash policy for pets. It’s a sensitive issue for many dog owners, who say the city doesn’t have enough off-leash areas for their furry friends. Councillors Stephen Holyday and Sarah Doucette join Libby to talk about it.
