A familiar name is back in the news attempting to heat up the race for the leadership of the NDP. Retired Colonel Pat Stogran, once Canada’s first Veteran’s Ombudsman, has decided to enter the fray. An outsider to the party, Stogran is unlikely to stick to the NDP script and could breathe some new life into a party that’s fallen below 20% approval in the country. He joins us to talk about his aspirations.
