Last week, Corporal Lionel Desmond was found dead along with three members of his family after a murder suicide in Nova Scotia. Shortly after his death, news surfaced that Desmond suffered from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder from his tour in Afghanistan, and had been turned away from medical help. Could the military have done anything different to prevent this from happening? DND Ombudsman Gary Walbourne joins Libby to talk about it.
