In the city of Toronto in 2016, there have been 74 traffic fatalities – the highest number in the city since 2003. The latest, Monday night when an alleged drunk driver killed one man, and seriously injured a woman passenger on Bloor Street near Parliament. Today, a woman in her 70’s was struck by a vehicle in Etobicoke. Toronto Police Constable Clint Stibbe joins Libby to talk about it.
