A woman says Greyhound drivers ‘embarrassed’ and ‘humiliated’ her when she asked for help to board a Greyhound Bus and didn’t receive it. Helena Burnstein says despite having a lowering mechanism, on 5 of the 8 round trips drovers questioned her mobility, and refused to lower the bus.
